Jo’s team at TBXH is outstanding. They have created a superb space for businesses at Sunley House with outstanding facilities. We love our office, the meeting rooms and the break out spaces. The events which Tegan, Savannah, Emma, Finlay and the team host are great for networking and relaxing – we especially love the free breakfast on Wednesday mornings, and the free drinks on Thursday evening. As the owner of Daniel & Joseph, we've have been using this co-working space for several months now and we absolutely love it! The space is clean, modern, and filled with natural light, which makes for a comfortable and productive work environment. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need.

One of the things we appreciate most about this co-working space is the sense of community. There are always other entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners working here, which makes for a great networking opportunity.

Having an office at The Business Xchange Hub is one of the best decisions I've made. It's 9 floors of buzz and productivity. As serviced office space goes, it's just the best. It has all you'd expect - high quality office spaces, for different size businesses, from 1/2 person offices right through to a whole floor!

But more importantly for me, is the community created and the availability of workshop space and meeting rooms. The social elements that are put on by the team are great - there's a networking type breakfast weekly, or an after work gathering in one of the chill-out areas. You can take time out with lunch sitting on one of the bright colourful and cheery areas - some laid out with communal tables, more just set up with couches and comfortable chairs, next to the kitchen facilities.

A stone's throw from East Croydon station, and therefore Box Park (lots of food options) and about 5 minutes from West Croydon and all the shops, it's conveniently located for locals and for people coming to visit the office from central London.

As a real bonus, there's even organised access to a gym next door, and some of the offices are service providers that mean you can usually get what you need from the people working in the building - that, at the time of writing this, includes beauty treatments and even getting my hair cut!!

This is a new level of office provision, not just a hired box ready to be filled, but instead a whole community of perspectives and new connections. Several tiny businesses hire out just a desk space, so there's always newness, and it's a fun to be in space that makes for productivity.

I can't recommend Jo and her team more either, they bend over backwards to make sure that everything is taken care of, and are open to suggestions as well as being proactive around connecting people within the building.

If you are looking for office space, or even looking to put on events in the Croydon area, I'm saying look no further. It really has been the best (and easiest) yes I've made in my business this year.

The Staff here are so warm, welcoming & very accommodating. From the Wednesday breakfasts to Thursday evening drinks, it's more like a small community than work offices. My office is well lit, heated and ventilated. The option to personalize my space is a massive bonus. Help is never far off, with Jo & the team helping to boost all tenants individual businesses. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an office space.

The team at The Business Xchange Hub create a community feel for the building, making it more than just a shared work space. They go out of their way to make people feel welcome, and have always been helpful whenever I've needed anything. The basics are well-covered - it's clean and they never fail to keep us well topped up with food and drinks. But they're also always going over and above, planning extra day-brightening things and events for people to look forward to.

Thank you very much to TBXH @ Sunley House for helping make the inaugural London & South East FSB Business Bootcamp - Spring into Success a fantastic success! It was an absolute joy working with the staff at TBXH who supported the event making sure it ran smoothly and the event feedback received by FSB is excellent, excellent, excellent with many delegates commenting on how easy it is to get to TBXH, the warm welcome, the wonderful event space, facilities and delicious lunch provided. TBXH is a great venue to hold an event for those wishing to bring small businesses together. Highly recommend.
