I recently utilised the printing services at the Business Support & Innovation Centre and regrettably had a disappointing experience. The quality of the printed materials fell below professional standards, with noticeable ink marks appearing on the posters.

There was also a significant communication issue. After initially discussing four poster designs, I submitted updated designs following the same format due to changed requirements. However, the centre proceeded to print the original versions without checking the updated email correspondence. This error only came to light after my colleague had already collected and paid for the incorrect prints.

When I brought this oversight to their attention via email, I was surprised to learn they expected additional payment to correct their mistake. This approach to customer service is concerning, particularly for a business support centre.

Whilst the location may be convenient, I've found Arts Impress Limited at the Whitgift Centre to be more reliable and shall be directing my business there in future. A business centre should maintain higher standards of both print quality and customer service.

Very reliable and good quality for my short notice print needs. I needed both large scale and small/custom size prints, in various paper weights and finishes, and each item was printed to a high standard.

Make sure to emphasise a full bleed finish as this isn’t always achievable, but BSAIC has a trimming (and laminating) service to elevate your documents.

All of my files were printed on the spot or within a few hours. Staff were helpful. Thanks!

I am furious with this printing shop! They charged me an insane £3 for a single-page document! That's outrageous! The quality didn’t even match the price. I feel completely ripped off and will never come back. Avoid this place at all costs!
