After my SSD died they came out and replaced it, and installed Windows 10. I've had no problems since. They didn't have the exact size of drive I wanted in stock and it was Windows 10 Professional rather than Home but I accepted that for the quick turnaround and home visit.

Superb service!. SysFix were very quick to respond to my query, also very knowledgeable. I had been struggling with my newly built gaming pc which wouldn't boot for two weeks. I had gone through all the suppliers i bought from for trouble shooting and sending back parts which we thought were faulty, but no luck. Anyways, I called SysFix in the afternoon, booked in my pc the next morning and within 15 minutes Jonathan had found the fault and called me back to come collect. Will definitely be using them again in the future, I highly recommend them. Very affordable, and they offer many convenient services including collection, dropping off, remote support and call out technicians. Thanks Jonathan!!

Grossly over-priced - recovery data took 30 minutes but costs 226 pounds. I was told it will be few hours but it clearly wasn't the case. But I suppose it sounds better to tell the client that it will take up to few hours if you are taking that much money.
