Best service I've had for years. It was very busy when I went in but the staff weren't phased. They were knowledgeable and the man who took my passport photos didn't rush me and was brilliant.

Unfortunately, the Embassy seemed to have added a new rule and wouldn't accept my photos. When I informed them of this, I was immediately offered a refund. When I went to get it, a different person knew about it, refunded me and apologised (even though it wasn't their fault). He informed me that they had investigated and added the criteria to their list so it wouldn't happen to the next person.

What a joy dealing with all 3 members of their team. If all shops gave this kind of service, the world would be a happier place. Thanks Team Happy Snapps Croydon 😁

Snapy Snaps provided a fantastic service! Quick and easy process – they give you a digital code for your passport application, so there’s no need to send physical pictures. Plus, you also receive four printed photos and an email with your digital copies. All of this for just £14! The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The old man who attends in the afternoons is almost deaf, but he attended me very well despite my low level of English. He was very patient, resolute, he even wanted to charge me less than I should. Definitely a place to be trusted.

Mike and the team were absolute life savers. My girlfriend called today (Christmas eve) at 5:25 on a whim to get an art printed that she had just received and straight away they said yes. Took it to the store, 5 minutes later I received the poster. It was excellent quality. The service was swift and he made sure to go the extra mile. (£5 for an A3 Poster on Christmas Eve is an absolute steal - on any day) Thanks again

Terrible service: the visa photo was incorrect (in dimensions, quality, focus and position), insanely expensive for such a tiny photo and such a poor job. The attitude was quite negligent. If you are serious about your documents, I would avoid this place as I do from now on.

Very helpful staff and efficient service. I had to print several photos at the last minute and they patiently helped me through the whole process. Definitely will be my go-to place for photo printing from now on.

They over a wide range of services; from printing documents, to framing photographs, to putting pictures on mugs, to buying envelopes.

They are well mannered, patient and cooperative with their customers requests and questions. The only thing is that there can be a bit of a queue, but it isn't too long a wait.

I would definitely recommend going there for any of your needs similar to those mentioned above and much more.

I love printing at Snappy Snapps be it via post or in person It is very easy and affordable. I recently printed an A3 poster (view picture) and they also do photocopies in colour, which cost hardly anything.

This is a great place to do your photo ID too in particular for babies.

I never bough frames from them but have been using them for many years now mainly for prints and they are very good at that.

You can email them your prints of pdf doc or best to do it via their website where you can pay and ensure it is done how you would like.
