Rent on token spire if you like shoddy buildings and landlords that won't do anything about it.
They agree to maintain gutters then refuse to do it, resulting in floods.

Some great warehouse stores including two selling bespoke kitchens and furniture, also a brilliant gym. Plenty of parking and very easy to get to, just 5 minutes from Beverley town centre.

Lots to see but quite expensive.Many unusual lamps cushions and pictures. Great choice of dining living room and bedroom furniture.

It's a big area for business but workshop number don't sort in order that make it hard to find the right workshop I want. However, the security was nice and helpful to find the right place.
