I approached Lucy at a time when I was looking to refresh my website and step into a more personal and authentic way of communicating my services to customers. I had seen and liked the work that Lucy had done with a couple of female business owner friends, so asked if she could help me too. Lucy was able to take care of branding, photography, copy and web design and I felt that by our getting to know each other during the process the result is a true reflection of who I am and what I have to offer. I wanted people to feel what they would receive as much as understand what they would receive when they look at my website and that is certainly true of the feedback I’m getting. To be honest, I was a bit anxious about the photoshoot, but Lucy put me completely at ease and worked her magic with the images, which are beautiful! It’s true what they say, a picture really does say a thousand words, and having amazing high quality photography is essential in creating a strong brand presence, especially in the highly competitive industry that we work in - greeting cards and gift.

We have a strong image driven style to our brand to support all of our customer communications - whether that’s via our website, trade catalogue or in external magazine editorials and we couldn’t think of a more perfect look than the imagery that Lucy produces for us.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Lucy and I am so delighted with the results! I had been finding it really hard to find someone who really ‘got’ what I needed – you can find any number of people who will do formal headshots, but not the kind of lifestyle / personal branding shots that I was after. So when I stumbled across Lucy’s website, I was so excited. And she certainly did not disappoint. The whole process – from initial meeting over a cup of coffee (very civilised!) to photo shoot in the beautiful Medicine Garden in Cobham, was not only exactly what I wanted, but downright fun!
