We recently moved home. We had pre booked sky to do the home move swap over.

Three visits later.... Three Weeks in we had no tv !

Then we were given a date in Aug which was unacceptable.

I was impressed at the speed and politeness of Erol on the phone. He rang within seconds of me pressing the post button on checkatrade.

He came when he said he would.

I’ve waited a long time to get my TV sorted to view the Freeview channels, since my move in December 2022.
An external aerial was installed but since it wasn’t fixed properly it was damaged & couldn’t get a good picture in bad weather.
But today it was all sorted by Errol from Evolution Digital Tv who spent nearly 1.5 hours installing new cabling to rectify the problem. Thanks.

I have had serious issue with the work he did for me. I am currently working with solicitors to set out a plan to rectify the work he did.
Three months after repositioning my Satellite dish and changing the LNB due to loft construction, the satellite lost all signal, he is asking for more money to rectify/reposition.
