We have been using Log My Care for many years now and have seen it grow from seed to a well established vibrant plant. We have always felt part of this journey. We had our recent PAMMS visit, and wow, what a friend LOG My Care was. Almost every question could be answered at the click of button and the evidence was so clear for all to see and if I am honest, I really enjoyed the visit and didn't panic once about paperwork or evidence because it was all there. Staff speedily and accurately can complete very comprehensive records, complete charts and do the medication round with ease. I could go one, but simply, thank you Log My Care, it's a pleasure having you as one of our team!

We used another platform for around 12-18months but due to an over complicated system, repeated tech issues and some major data breaches (we were able to view customer details from other providers!) we made the decision to look for an alternative and did a lot of research on who to use.

We used our bad experience to inform our decision making and found Log my Care ticked every box. It is a very simple platform for carers to use. And by setting To Dos, carers don't need to remember to do anything as they are prompted at the relevant times and taken straight to the right input area for that log.

I love that there is 24/7 online chat available for all issues which arise. There aren't any major issues, just the typical tech glitches - which usually seem to be user-error! But all issues are resolved quickly. They are extremely professional.

We think it is impressive how innovative the team are and how they update and improve the system constantly but don't rush to implement new features - they take their time and send out surveys to us users to inform their designs.

We have had inspectors of our supported living service tell us it is the best system they have seen and we have been able to gain highly complimentary feedback because of this system.

I highly recommend it.

Super easy to use and extremely cost effective. The staff enjoy how simple and quick it is to use and I enjoy the easy care planning and risk assessing tools available. Looks smart and there is always someone on hand to help. New staff quickly get to grips with it with the effective and easy to follow video guidance. Would highly recommend for all care home facilities.

The LMC app is so simple and intuitive to use. All users were comfortable with it very quickly without the need for any external training. Tasks were completed in "real time" making handover easier and safer. The Hospital Passport is a particular bonus for elderly residents who are admitted into hospital unaccompanied and may not be able to communicate clearly for themselves

Been using it since March, was fine at the start but constant crashes within wifi range, not counting down medication, can't log in and this happens at least 10-15 times a day and stuck at the loading screen, double signing for administered medication or not signing them, had to count residents medication when I noticed an issue at lunch time, this app could be good but it needs to fix these problems, anyone I've spoken to has agreed to leave and go to another more stable app

Log My Care is an extremely important medium to document every aspect of the daily operations in any service that provides care.
It is a holistic mechanism to catalogue every aspect of your operations.
The organisation can log support plans, Risk Management Plans, all assessments, all activities done with the customer, can be recorded, all meals can be photographed and recorded of the portal. You have the option to submit the DO-List for staff, including night staff, set the system to have daily petty cash times, the portal has the ability to provide reminders for all staff to be alerted to daily, hourly task.
This an awesome tool and strongly recommend that every organisation providing care should commence using this portal immediately.

I found a lot of carers were focusing on this app and their iPad rather than actually doing the care so for care homes I wasn’t impressed There were incentives the more you logged on which meant to me every time I checked a room a carer was sitting head in their iPad ignoring the resident ! anything could be signed off with no proof you actually did the care but you were covered if it was on the app so scary ! I’m sure it’s a great app for something’s but to me in a care home there was too much emphasis to fill it out and therefore actually physical care limited Maybe if managers got out of their offices and check what was going on it would have been better so not just the apps fault but This way it covered bad care and no proper management in the home
