I recently had the pleasure of working with Andy from PC Resolve to fix an email issue that had been causing me endless frustration.

Delighted with the service from PC Resolve! I contacted Andy about a very sick PC laptop, which was taking longer to open than the Crossrail project... Andy did some basic diagnostic work remotely, and then installed a whizzy new SSD (solid state drive) and lots more RAM, gave the whole thing a clean-up and updated some software, and all in under 48 hours from start to finish. The laptop is now firmly in Lewis Hamilton territory for speed of start-up and operation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Andy Richards and PC Resolve for your laptop problems, solved quickly and effectively, and for a very reasonable price. Five star service!

We are an international company with staff based in various overseas locations. We used PC Resolve for various set up and backing up issues but recently were suffering with serious email problems which affected our international operations. Andy installed a new system, including setting up overseas accounts remotely and completely solved our problems very quickly. He knows his business thoroughly indeed. I have a small successful business, but have no interest in IT other than I just need it to work well. Andy was recommended to me by a business acquaintance, was able to very quickly ascertain my needs, install and set up a new system with server. This works far better than I had imagined and Andy is on call whenever I hit a glitch. On top of this he is a thoroughly nice guy … I cannot recommend him highly enough.
