We had a lovely experience with New Windows, from booking our appointment for a quote, choosing our front door and having it fitted. All the staff were friendly and very professional, we are really pleased with the finished door. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Terrible service. Full of broken promises. Saying windows will be ready when they weren't. Apparently they were still being made, even though we were told they were ready and a delivery date was given. Then a week later saying the windows will be ready but the day before the windows were due to be delivered, they said the glass wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until 4 days later. Will not be using again or recommending.

The staff in Warminster were extremely helpful and gave me great advice. The surveyor visited promptly and provided us an estimate very quickly. We had the new front door made and fitted 2 weeks early and we are delighted with the fitting and product. Very professional organisation.

Buying 3 new doors was quick and easy. The price was reasonable and the aftercare has been decent. There was an error with the front door handle colour to which they apologised and have arranged a replacement to be fitted with no hesitation. Very friendly people to deal with from, quotation through to installation.

Buying a window and front door was quick and easy. The price was reasonable and the aftercare has been great. When I called to say the door hinge needed minor adjustment (as the fitters warned us it may and to call them) they apologised for not being able to come out the same day -after checking we could still use the door. Instead they came the next day, agreed it had dropped and fixed it straight away. Great people to deal with. We have had a couple of issues getting through on the phone but have always managed it and the store means that you can pop in if needed. And I love our front door!

My porch looks great so very happy with the product and installation. Only 4 stars as I was a little disappointed by a receptionist I spoke to when asking for a date for installation. She was very unhelpful bearing in mind I’d paid a huge deposit (and knew I’d previously been the victim of a scam so I was very vulnerable). However all in all a good product and company to deal with.
