We have been working with Prima Software for 2.5 years now and we are delighted with the support provided to our business.
Our Company, Fieldskill supplies Packaging, Janitorial, Office Furniture and Office Stationery so we need a system that can cope with our demands which is what we get from Prima.
Prima provide our back office system and Online Store whilst managing our catalogue and pricing updates.
Prima understand the high standards that our company have and are most efficient in delivering well within time limits. I would highly recommend working with them.

Thanks Prima for coming down to Bristol for the User Group Meeting – it was an invaluable day which I came away from really excited.
Hearing about some of the Prima developments that are just around the corner was great – everything that is being developed is going to make all that we currently do more efficient, automated & streamlined but also adding so many more features & services that enable us to run our businesses better as a whole.
Being reminded of Prima tools that are available but we’re not yet using, like automated sales/purchasing & automated reports will prompt us to make sure we’re making the most of the system we already have.
Also meeting with other people running similar businesses in the same industry was so helpful – just through chatting I’ve come back with a process change we can make which will save us up to an hour a day.
Next time we’ll make sure more of our staff can go as it really has been a valuable use of time – thank you Steve, Oli & Callum, great job 

I have worked with Prima directly over the past 6 months during the planning, design and launch of our new PrimaEDGE website. The project was carried out very smoothly and on completion achieved a high specification for the look, feel and functionality. Callum is very knowledgeable about the software and took the time to explain each step of the process. We also had flexibility to be as involved as we felt comfortable with in terms of the building and design of the site pages.

Our new site has facilitated Caley’s digital presence by giving us a fresh, professional platform on which to ‘speak’ to our current (and potential) customers. We are always updating and adding to the content on the site and Callum is always willing to assist wherever he can.

From day 1 we have had nothing but fantastic service from the guys at Prima. Oli, Mike, Kelly and the team provide excellent support on a daily basis and are really friendly. I would recommend Prima cloud to anybody not using it! The software is easy to use and very easy to get used too! We also have the Prima plus package, too which in my opinion is a must for any user. Keep up the good work guys.
