Took my phone in have the charging port looked at as wasn’t charging correctly. Left the phone with them for 45 mins or so and they had fixed when I came back which was great. The cost was £25 however which I thought was quite expensive for something which probably only took a few minutes.

£50 for an new iphone screen with screen protector which made the screen unusable due to making it less sensitive so removed that. Whenever I unlocked the phone with my fingerprint the phone would flicker and jump from different apps. There was a certain way you had to touch the menu button to stop it from going less crazy, far from ideal. The keyboard was less sensitive as I found myself making mistakes while typing which didn't happen before. I would have to press harder on some keys for them to work.

Took the phone back in and explained the problems and that it was fine up until the screen had been replaced. Was told it wasn’t to do with the screen being replaced and to update my phone but it was already updated. Didn’t seem interested in the problem, started serving someone else half way through talking to me.

Very frustrating to spend the money and to get the phone back faulty. I would’ve preferred to have have a cracked screen. I’m going to take it somewhere else to get it fixed.

Purchased an iphone 13 256GB from here. The owner had personally searched this for me after a brief conversation about what I was looking for. Within a couple of days he had ordered one for me and offered to buy my existing phone off of me aswell. Great customer service and was very helpful in setting up the phone. He also offered to fix my Dads cracked phone in the mean time. Perfect service.

Fantastic service. Broke my s23 ultra screen. Store owner able to source replacement screen and fixed it for a competitive price. I wouldn't ever look anywhere else if I need anything phone related in future. Would highly recommend
