Visited for training on new system for work. Receptionist was very abrupt especially to those that smoked rather than advising where to go to smoke and refused to allow them back in after a cigarette break. Venue was nice and clean but no water in the room and I had to ask where to get water from. Coffee machine wasn't working on the first day but was fived for day 2. Ample parking. Clean but not the friendliest of staff.
