Recently I used Gendrot Web Solutions to fix a problem with an extremely slow running Windows 7 PC. Although it is an old machine, Jonathan Gendrot came up with a number of possible software causes which, when addressed, made an immediate improvement. As a result the PC has now become usable - thank you Jonathan. Additionally he gave me a number of recommendations including improvements to the hardware which will further improve performance.

I found Jonathan to be a very capable computer engineer and highly knowledgeable. He was willing to take the time to explain all the options in great detail in a way I could understand. I would certainly use his services again.

I have had, and am receiving, the benefit of Jonathan’s expertise both personally and in managing my village Church Website.
In the past few years Jonathan has been on hand to sort out several computer and printer problems for me. He is always responsive and communicates concisely
Each time he has been able to get me back up and running. He always explains the situation clearly and in my case with my limited IT skills, not too technically. He offers advice on updates and improvements that have become available in the period of my computer ownership. His recent involvement included replacement of a defective keyboard and an internal clean to resolve cooling issues all increasing my computer’s performance.
I also come into contact with Jonathan through our local church of which I am the Council Chairman. In 2011 we commissioned Jonathan to set up a church website – Kirton Holme Church. He not only updates the website, but regularly reports to the Church Council on its current accessibility.
