What a lovely team to deal with. So professional. An efficient service at a great price. It's been a few a days now and it's great. Backed up my stuff for me, kept all my apps, printer settings. Just logged on and away I went. Will happily be using again for other family laptops.

What I like most about their service is that I basically only need to let them now I have a problem and their team will come to pick up the laptop and they will do all the necessary changes so I can have my laptop back really soon . Best IT Support in Bridgewater. Our company loves working with IT Nation - they are always extremely responsive to our requests, always willing to try and figure things out, and make sure to follow up with us and ensure we're happy with any resolution. I put forward an online enquiry for help with a problem with my gaming laptop. Within a few hours, Ismail from IT nation contacted me to discuss the issue. He gave me some suggestion to try over the phone and offered to pick up my laptop the same day (I can't drive)! Eventually he helped me locate the issue and get it sorted. We had to return the laptop for a refund or replacement. Through out the proces Ismail kept me informed and updated. All in all its been a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company.
