Had the pleasure of working with the AK Innovative Design Solution team for our renovation and extension project in Derby.

Having asked several associates and tradespersons for any recommendations - more often than not, it was AK Innovative Design Solution team that were recommended for this project.

I contacted the team and discussed my initial ideas and plans for our project with Khuram - one of the partners. Khuram came out for an initial site visit and was very thorough and honest about the project, likely costs and potential issues that could arise.

Having spoken with other Architects as part of the process - I soon realised AK Innovation Design Solution were by far the most cost-effective option and more importantly from my perspective, were highly professional and had a great vision for the project ahead.

Khuram was the main person we dealt with throughout the design project. However, during several visits to the office and via correspondence, we were impressed with the rest of the team members, including Anzar (other partner), Ateef and Naveed. Apologies to anyone I may have missed off.

Khuram supported us throughout the process - from initial site visits, site plans, existing drawings through to planning our designs and getting these onto 3D visuals. The team had great vision and often were able to overcome many potential hurdles.

Khuram was able to greatly support us with contacts/liaising with Arborists, Tree Protection officials, Surveyors, Structural engineer, Drainage reports, Building contractors as well as liaising with the Council Planning team.

The proposed plans were finalised and submitted and were passed by the Planning Committee after 8 weeks.

Khuram supported us further post-planning approval with advice regarding Building Control, Structural engineer reports, Drainage reports and implementation of the Planning Committee decisions.

It truly has been a pleasure to work with such a wonderful and highly professional Design team and they have far exceeded our expectations and allowed us to design our dream home.

I would highly recommend AK Innovative Design Solution team to anyone who is planning a building / design project whether it be in the UK or internationally!

We used AK innovative design solutions as they were highly recommended by all the builders we were talking to.From first phone call to the final design of our home extension, Anzar have been extremely helpful and highly professional. So on our first meeting we explain to Anzar what our requirements are as a family and he came up with a number of ideas and designs. We made quite few changes until we were happy with final design and Anzar was very helpful all the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
