Paul has done a fantastic job helping me gain planning permission for a front boundary wall in front of my bungalow on a busy main road. We applied for planning permission as I wanted something taller than 1 meter and I very wrongly assumed it would just be accepted due to many properties on the same road having the same thing. Also my property is on a roundabout with a junction facing my property. So car headlights face the windows of our bedrooms.

Planning at first got refused to my surprise and Paul advised that we appeal this decision as we didn’t have to pay anymore fees to the council with planning. Paul then put together a presentation explaining why we disagreed with the comments given by the planning officer along with photos of similar boundary walls on the same road.

The appeal got accepted and I can now build what we need. I can’t thank Paul enough for the work he has done and will defiantly be using him again for future projects.
