The 15 minute pre-appointment consultation that they provide on behalf of our business is professional but at the same time informal. Customers feel at ease talking to our booking assistant and we feel this call is invaluable to our way of securing sales.

The initial contact with our prospective clients are handled with care and are just forceful enough to get the correct information every time regarding timescales, budgets, wants and needs. This also saves valuable minutes on site when we finally arrive on our design appointment.
