In Leeds to install servers into DC, after working overnight, the orginal supplier gave us the wrong rails. We spoke to Luciano at 9am on a Saturday who while we slept, got the stock in the warehouse sorted and by 3pm they called us back (after texting to make sure we were awake) and we were on our way picking up the rails we needed from the warehouse. Mick was waiting for us and gave us the rails we needed. Oh and he was there when the weather was horrid. Without them our weekend would of been a bust and a wasted trip from Scotland. Thanks again.

I aquired a recon laptop and desktop from them and service from sales to delivery and then when i needed some tech help / support afterwards , everytime they surpass expectations . I really couldnt recommend them any higher for any kind of kit at good prices and with allround excellent service start to finish and thereafter !

Prompt service, but frustratingly the Dell 3060 had the NVMe drive replaced with a cheap 2.5 SSD. I understand it was probably an ex-corporate machine, so the old drive will have needed to be destroyed, but I think they should state clearly on the website they are replacing it with a slower drive.

Fantastic service! When Alex in sales heard that the only way we could get our urgent order delivered to Inverness was by going to the Post Office to use Guaranteed Next Day delivery, he decided to jump on his bike in his own time and made sure we got it the next day.
