Completely satisfied with the outcome of my loft conversion, rear dormer, en-suite bathroom and re-roof carried out by Aztech in the spring of 2022. My 2 children have been living in our loft conversion for just under a year. I can honestly say it is the best money we have ever spent. Ross and the team were great throughout. Everyone came exactly when they said they were coming. Using Aztech completely took away the stress that usually comes with any building work. I have had 2 very small issues in the past year and Ross has sent someone to fix them within 2 days. My only regret is not doing it sooner. We have 2 fantastic bedrooms and a full bathroom up there - perfect for teenagers. I was really worried that the loft would be too hot in summer and cold in winter but it is exactly the same as the rest of the house, in fact through summer it was the coolest place in the house. Absolutely delighted with the result of the loft conversion & 1st floor bedroom-to-ensuite conversion which was done by Aztech. Ross and his team were a pleasure to have working in our home. They all have a (rare!) can-do attitude and put our needs/wants foremost. They were tidy, polite, quite and hardworking. They accomodated and recommended changes along the way which improved the overall build and took on the extra work we offered. We've recently had Aztech to do our loft conversion and couldn't be happier with how it's all gone. To say that the extra space has changed our lives is an understatement, and the quality of work is exceptional. The whole team are lovely and considerate, and things like architecture and building regs are all organised by Ross.
Some advice for anyone considering - the general timescales for the build are suggested to be about 10 weeks, make sure you add extra time on to that as thats probably more realistic. From the start, to us properly moving in with everything completed (e.g fully decorated and carpeted) it was about 13 weeks.

From quote to completion and following up on a few snagging issues, I found Ross and team easy to work with. We had a few supplier issues during the build (beyond everyone's control) but Ross was able to offer alternative options that kept costs low and allowed us to keep the project moving. Good communication throughout and a smart finish. It was a great investment fornour family. I would recommend Aztech to anyone looking to make better use of their loft space.

Ross and his team made our twin daughters’ dreams come true by building two bedrooms into our loft conversion. Despite working through Covid times and having to manage illness and materials shortages/price increases due to works events, Ross communicated with us every step of the way and was highly transparent and fair. The tradesman working in our house, some for several weeks, were lovely to have in our home, considerate and really cared about doing good work for our girls. These are the best quality, best insulated, two rooms in our house and we are grateful that each of our four children now has their own room. We highly recommend Aztech and appreciate the whole team.
