Great service and a great experience. Rafal is a highly knowledgable and well trained Apple specialist, able to provide quick, accurate and reasonably priced (VERY Reasonably compared to Apple!) service and with little or no delay. Whats more, he's a great guy, nice to do business with, trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile.

I had a small hardware problem with an iMac. I tried to call the Apple store in Kingston on a Friday, got through to a far-away call centre and, 20 minutes later, all they could do was give me a Genius appointment 1 week later. So instead I called Rafal that same Friday, he collected the iMac on the Monday, got the spare part on the Tuesday and he returned it to my house on the Wednesday fixed and fully tested. That's what I call an EXCELLENT service! The price was very good too. In future I will use Rafal for all my Apple hardware and software issues - much better than Apple.

HONEST, ACCURATE AND WELL PRICED:

Took my daughter’s MacBook to Rafal as it had frozen and was not recognising the keyboard. She has endless work to do on it and needs it all the time and we have limited funds so I was not keen to take it to Apple who would blink and charge you a fortune. Rafal warned us that it might be the battery swelling and damaging the touch pad cable which all in could cost £300 plus VAT. We had looked online at possible reasons for the problem before we saw Rafal and that is what it had said. We gulped and left it with him but almost by the time we had got home he buzzed and said he had fixed it and we are picking it up tomorrow having only had to pay the diagnostic charge. We will be using his services from now on and recommend him.
