Not normally one to write a review but I feel that this one is 100% justified. We started working with Tekton about 3 months ago and I can honestly say that the service they provide is unbelievable. They have delivered on everything they promised and we are lucky to be working with Megan who has an eye for detail and is a pleasure to work with. We bill on time every month, we have a close eye on our costs and we are guided with their expertise on their managed service. Thank you Megan and team Tekton, you are great!!!

At Prestige Telecom Group, we have used Tekton Billing for a number of years now, I have never had an issue. I have personally been dealing with Isaac for a while, he has recently just gone onto an extended leave, due to this our account has been taken over by Aline. I am not one that likes change but I have been blown away by the knowledge and help I have received, Aline is truly experts in their field. Thank you Tekton for all of the support over the years!

We as a business have been using Tekton for about 5 months and they have made IT / Telecoms / Mobile billing simple. A very innovative approach to other vendors out there but this works very well.
Every member of the Tekton team have been amazing, guiding us through the process to where our invoices are going out earlier than we even imagined.
Special mention to Bethany who has been incredible from day 1, taking the time to actual guide and teach us through the billing system as well as taking ideas from us to see in future upgrade releases
