As a drama school in Australia, I had been struggling to find a software program that had exactly what I needed (everything seems to be aimed at Dance or Music)- when I found LoveAdmin it was fantastic! From the initial enquiry all the way through set up, everyone was amazing. Juggling timezones was interesting, but at least that meant that I almost always had my questions answered "immediately"- while I slept. Thankyou Daria!

We started using LoveAdmin a year ago, due to our small business being unable to cope with our growing number of members. As is the case with starting to use any software from scratch, setup took a long time, and has required lots of tweaking and ironing out problems along the way. That said, the staff at LoveAdmin have been exceptionally helpful and hard-working, and have done a great job at helping us tailor their system to our business.

There's absolutely no way our business could have grown without a CRM like LoveAdmin, and whilst we haven't always had exactly the features we've wanted, requests are passed on to developers very quickly and we've seen positive changes implemented in the time that we've been using the platform.

We've benefited from business support from James at LoveAdmin, which is included as part of our package, and has been very helpful in moving our business forward.

I'd recommend LoveAdmin to other small business looking to streamline their admin processes. Whilst the platform has really worked for us long term and will ensure we can continue to grow, it's worth mentioning that we're in continued conversation about how to get the most out of the platform and are always looking for ways to make our business run smoother.

Both of my children are doing gymnastics and their club uses Love Admin for making bookings and handling payments. I hadn't heard of Love Admin before this but I can't fault the service. It’s a pretty easy system to use as a parent, I can find the classes, book the kids on and then the payments show up as 'Go Cardless' in my bank account.

Absolutely brilliant system and an overall fantastic customer service experience. Lauren understood our requirements fully and was quick setting everything. We had a very small time frame for our tournament to go live and Lauren more then delivered on this. Fantastic customer service, training and was able to answer any questions and queries we had.
We are excited to move to the next stage of transferring all our administration over to the loveadmin system.

Just signed up as a new club - Medway Town FC and the service levels are very bad. No one comes back and so many bugs in their system. Waste of time and money. If anything it’s added hours onto our weekly schedules, which are extremely challenging. LoveAdmin have made things 10 times worse.

This system does not work. Each time I get an invoice and 'make the payment' the direct debit is set up in my account and sits there but Love Admin do not take the payment. I have tried to feed this back to Love Admin but they end the call instead of discussing. The club cannot do anything about this either.
