Super easy process to log and approve holiday and sickness.

I really like the holiday calendar overlay on Google Calendar too - you can easily see when your colleagues are off when booking in meetings.

I also use it to log notes from my team's appraisals which is handy to refer back to 🙂

Terrible Customer Service & Terrible Product - otherwise great 🤔

We have used BreatheHR for nearly 12 months now, setting up and onboarding was good, but now the customer support is pathetic. You cannot call through to them and when messaging on their website it takes days to get a response. When you do speak to someone they don't actually know what the technical side of the business are working on and claim to be unable to find out when updates and simple fixes might be released.

Their staff holiday management is completely unusable, firstly the calculations are flawed when trying to include bank holidays, if you chose not to do this you need to manually add every single bank holiday date for every single member of staff, every year. To top it off, they don't feel this is an issue so aren't planning on fixing it! For us that is 8 bank holidays for 73 staff, so 584 manual holiday inputs when you pay for a system to be able to do basic things like this.

BreatheHR is, in my opinion, the only software option for SME's that is fully functional whilst remaining simple, user friendly and with a completely transparent price plan. On top of the brilliant software, the team of support staff and account managers are so very helpful, professional and friendly. And just when you think it can't get any better you discover that the culture of of this organisation is one all SME's can aspire to. I have huge respect for this product and the business overall. Strongly recommended!

Officeworx moved across to Breathe from another HR system and we are delighted with it. From an adminstration side through to end user experience it is very simple and intuative to use. Where there are enhancements it's very easy to forward these to the team to look at. I have only needed support on a couple of occasions and the service level and speed of solving these is great. I recommend Breathe whatever size your organisation is.

BreatheHR offers the service free of charge for charities, which was the case, a simple straight forward process from the first step to the final one of purchasing it.
Depends on what functions you want to be in the HR software to be used, but in any case will definitely recommend it.
