Awful software I am engineer trying to use system. Job sheets not coming, job sheets lost, zero support from field motion. Field motion just blame end user. Not fit for purpose don't waste you money and time.

We looked at this software last year. After a couple of presentations which were limited in view, and being told that the system could be configured to what we needed, and that what we were being shown was only the frame work. We signed up, paid an upfront fee of about £2000, we were told implementation would take a month or so, after about 6 months of trying to get the system set up, we realised that this was infact a very complex, glitchy bit of software, the scheduling and calendar system for booking jobs with our field technicicans was very basic and would have caused more issues for us than using a basic outlook calendar and google calendar. Before the system was implemented we decided to not proceed. We emailed and explained this to them in April, we have today received an invoice of £7128.00 before cancelling a product which has never been implemented and was sub standard.

we have used filed-motion for our electrical business for a year now and we can highly recommend the system . due to us carrying out re active maintenance we needed a system that helped us in the office and our engineers on the jobs to get jobs instantly on there app and creates less paper work in the office . the team at field motion are also always very helpful with any issues which isn't many including out of hours .

Paid thousands, still not set up. Delays and broken promises. Can't get client database sorted, thier business is data bases but im left waiting, they say its done and i picked that many errors in 5 mins iv had to say we will do it ourselves. Then to get a email saying Garry spent ages on the data base. Yes ages and it doesn't work, so he's wasted his own time, dont try and make me feel bad that we have had to take it in house. No communication between the team that are doing it, one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Finally lost it now I'm trying to sort it while on holiday.
After trialing afew I picked this one and although its the most expensive, its a bicycle not a super bike. Paid £2400 just for the set up on the 14th of August, still can't use it. Had cheek to send me invoice for the monthly subscription fees and we can't even use it.

Will maybe alter this review if they buck thier ideas up and produce a product they sold me before the end of the month.

Fieldmotion have improved the efficiency of our company massively. Our guys can be out on the road, receive their job instructions, go ahead and complete - saving us many phone calls. All the information is right there and they can fill out job reports on their mobile device, attaching photographs (if needed) and getting the customer’s signature. Once they fill it out, we have the info immediately back in the office. We can see what was done, what stock was used (which automatically deducts from our stock levels) and with a few clicks of a button the invoice is created and sent out to our customer. Highly recommended!

I run a busy Property Maintenance company in Dublin with 5 employees.

Trying to remember all of the jobs that were complete, jobs that required a call back, jobs in progress, jobs that needed to be invoiced and jobs that had been booked in in advance was next to impossible.

I was losing money, forgetting about invoices and irritating clients by sheer lack of organisation.

I had a fear of starting with Field Motion as I am not the most tech savvy person around but they reassured me that they would give me all the support that I need.

Sure enough, Field Motion has stream lined my whole business. I have control and knowledge over all aspects of time spent on jobs, jobs complete and jobs in progress, geo-stamped photos and customer signatures.

Most importantly, I am marking who has been invoiced and none of them are slipping through the cracks anymore.

Before using Fieldmotion we were inundated with paperwork. Keeping track of all our service agreements and contracts with specific companies was not only time consuming but it was counterproductive. Since integrating Fieldmotion into our business we no longer have to chase paperwork! Everything is logged, from start to finish and means each job has complete accountability!
We have saved 4 hours minimum a day on administration work and this has left us with more time focusing on expanding our business and exploring new opportunities, something that we would not have had time to properly focus on if we had not got Fieldmotion!

We have used Fieldmotion for some key contracts and have found the system flexible, easy to use and reliable. Any issue is resolved within hours and Jerome has been great at helping our company to use Fieldmotion in a number of different ways and providing demo's to potential clients. Fieldmotion is a core business tool across two of our four divisions and we are working to utilise more of it's ever expanding capabilities.
