Great product, great people behind it, constant 5* experiences.
I've been using Desana for the past 5-6 months, they are amazing at how fast they bring new spaces on the app, they are constantly improving the offer of spaces, they are very responsive to both positive and negative feedback when it comes to different spaces.
I haven't had a single negative experience with them, I wish other services and products were this good!

I love the Desana team. The concept itself is brilliant, makes booking a hotdesk or meeting room on the fly super easy but they really shine when it comes to customer service and user interaction.

The support team know the product inside out and treat you with respect and like a human. Not a canned reply in sight. A great example to set and most support orgs would do well to pay attention. I don't even pay them any money, my employer does, I'm just some random user of the app and they couldn't be more helpful.
