I been using Freetobook for several years for my BnB, I cannot recommend it enough to anyone who is thinking about using this booking engine. Everything is handled efficiently and expertly with knowledgeable staff at the helpdesk.
It is easy to use and navigate, I have never experienced problems or difficulties using Freetobook, it is really your one stop shop for all your hospitality needs.

We were about to take over a pub in October with rooms and the previous owners had set up Freetobook. I have never had to deal with booking sites before, this was a massive learning curve for me. Right from day one all the help I have received has been 5star. Even when I thought OMG I can't do this, Heather was the most patient woman I have ever had dealings with, she talked me through it, in my language (basic) and when I phoned the office, the ladies I have spoken to have also been understanding and very helpful. I have no hesitation whatsoever to leave Freetobook a five-star review.

I have been using freetobook for 5 years and suddenly out of nowhere they have increased the cost of there product by 50%, they have also made it a subscription service. THINK BEFORE USING THEM AS YOUR CONTRACT IS NOT SECURE! HUGE PRICE INCREASES.

I've been using freetobook for my holiday apartments for 5 yrs and value their great customer service. This used to be a 5* review, but lately the prices have increased dramatically though and for holiday apartments, it's no longer competitive. Their support for Google does not stretch to holiday apartments and VRBO isn't supported. The app is quite useless and the mobile web interface is clunky. Small hotels may still find value in their expanded offering, but I would not recommend it for holiday apartments anymore.
