Having been rather dreading my ancient computer being replaced and old software updated it was a huge relief when it all happened without a hitch. Neil and Kenny from ITW4 arrived at our offices in the morning laden down with new equipment and by mid-afternoon 2 new laptops and several desktop PCs had been dealt with. Everything has been working fine ever since apart from a few SPAM issues which Neil dealt with very quickly. I work part of the time remotely which is now a lot easier and quicker and they also organised off-site back-ups so I sleep easier. They even arranged for a SAGE expert to call to sort out some issues we were experiencing with that. Overall it was a painless experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I know our system is working optimally, and is protected and backed up multiple times in multiple locations, meaning disaster planning is a reduced worry.
