We worked with 7C Digital Media for our SEO and lead generation needs. We’ve been with them for around 2 years now, but they have only just asked for a review!
Even before signing up with them, we were presented a SWOT analysis of our online presence for free and walked through a very detailed custom proposal that met the needs of our business at the time.
We signed up and switched our rolling contracts to 12 months agreements very quickly after realising the work put into our SEO for our ecommerce website. Sales really started to pick up after a few months and we reinvested into 7CDM to expand our marketing through Ads on multiple platforms.
We’re very confident we will be with them for a very long time and are more than delighted by their ongoing customer support and professional touch shown by Ganesh, who signed us up and his colleagues. Ganesh and his team leaders have shown excellent ability to adapt to our changing needs as our business has grown over time which is very important to us, especially in an ever changing industry like ours.
Everything is a nice system and we are barely involved as they take care of the whole process from start to finish, even when things change, which is exactly what we needed in a marketing partner!

I normally do not write reviews however I felt the need to post one for this company. Firstly, it was a pleasure to deal with the staff at 7c digital media. A notable mention goes to Ganesh and Shayan who are incredibly polite, easy to work with, and clearly very knowledgable about the services offered. Any query we had was answered almost immediately no matter the time or day which was a pleasant surprise. It became very clear that they care deeply about their customers.

We have worked with 2 digital marketing companies previously who had completely put my husband and I off the service altogether due to their lack of professionalism and overall poor results (spent almost £6000 total with the other companies and got nothing out of it). Thankfully, 7C digital media were able to convince us to give it another shot for our private orthopaedics clinic and we are very glad we did.
