Went to go in and get my iPhone 12 screen replaced. It’s drained my battery and stopped working 3/4 after I got it. Never lasted ended up having to go and pay £100 to get my phone screen replaced elsewhere.

This is a fantastic shop for phone repairs! The staff is knowledgeable and efficient, and they also offer a great selection of vape products. Highly recommend checking them out for all your tech and vape needs.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop for gaming console repairs. Firstly, I took my PS5 in for a HDMI port to be replaced. This took about 3 days and when I got the console back the port was fixed but a new problem had appeared. My PS5 was now turning itself off after around 40 minutes of playing games. This had never happened before, so I took it back into the shop. I was told at the shop this was due to the console overheating and that they would also fix this free of charge. I still believe this was a problem caused during repair but I agreed to give it back in. I picked up the console again a week later and not only was this not fixed, the HDMI port was not working again. Instead of taking any responsibility for this, it was claimed that the new problem was not their fault and that the HDMI port now not working again after their repair was damaged by myself. They said I had either damaged it taking it home or put the HDMI cable in too hard. I have been gaming all my life and I’ve never had this problem before, so to break a newly fitted HDMI port while only having the console back for about an hour is ridiculous and highlights the original repair was poor. They agreed to repair the port again at no extra charge but still not taking any ownership for the console now turning itself off.

Just come across the shop in an emergency. My iPhone 12 doesn’t work properly as nobody hearing my voice during call. This gentleman fix within 30 minutes while I am waiting and everything is working fine. Highly recommended very reasonable price and friendly😍

appreciated the repairer Guy, as being a traveller. Me and my partner had just arrived in his shop during closing time with my iPhone 13pro completely water damaged due to heavy rain. This amazing guy sorted out my issue within 25 minutes in front of me in a very reasonable price.I absolutely recommended this guy. Lovely Bro, thanks

So I had a vague feeling of trepidation taking my phone in for repair recently. I've never had to get a phone repaired before and have read many bad reviews about third party phone shops.

I needn't have worried, however. My phone now has a new lease of life and I am delighted! The man (owner?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had my phone back to me really quickly with the job done perfectly. I would go back here without hesitation.
