Visited as HGV delivery driver.
The bays here are very tight to get on and off if there are vehicles on the bays either side of the one that you are allocated. Damage to vehicles is a common occurrence here.
Toilet and canteen facilities are available for visiting drivers.

Arrived with 12 pallets…3hrs later still not tipped 🤷‍♂️ not even busy here either..staff are friendly enough..bays are stupidly tight

Post code takes you straight to it. I was collecting, these bays are a bit tight but the shunter will help you. Unloading bays have a bit more space.
No parking on site.

Waiting time to tip is improving used to be 2 hr plus for a couple pallets now it's an hour not the worst but one or two of the security are up there own arses

First day I had to self isolate I rang them the week after to confirm when I will be back no one answered 4 days I tried to call and no one answered me so I was on their record I was awol.
Since then I had 1 sick day due to an illness due to my health condition and they knew about it. And 1 day I had to leave for an emergency back home which they really didn't care.
2 times I was injured in the work place the 2nd time it was my back and I walked about for 3 hours till I had to say I need to attend hospital.
Now they say they need to let me go since apparently I went awol and had 3 days sick which I had all the proof of the phone calls to them numerous voicemails and they still let me go.
They just don't care as a company oh the first time I was injured it was due to health and safety in the work place

I found them quite ignorant and unresponsive. Don't return phone calls even though they rang me first, so they obviously have my number. Waste of effort and time. Guy called Roman who initially got in touch.

Yard is ridiculously tight and difficult to get on bay, it looks like it's set up for small rigids, Lorry parking if your early is facing the wrong way round?! Never been to a yard like this. How they expect artics to turn round is beyond me. Cannot sit in cab when getting unloaded. Have to sit in their canteen where the vending machine coffee is over twice the price of every yard I have ever been to for exactly the same machine. I hate coming here.
