Steph was incredible. I booked 2 of her consultancy packages to help me nail my pricing and packages and also the customer experience. Processes were not my strong-suit but I came out of the meeting with complete clarity and feeling confident that everything is now water-tight!
If you're a small business you should definitely consider booking Steph - her knoweldge is invaluable and she makes the most complex processes feel simple.

I've worked with Steph on two occasions and both times have given me so much clarity within my business.

First was to help me with my pricing - I went from confused, not confident, plucking figures out the air, to upping my prices and being sure I was charging the correct price. The maths doesn't lie!

The second time I worked with Steph was to help me gain clarity about the course I was planning. I did not know if the course structure I had planned out made sense, so we talked through every module, lesson in so much detail that it not only gave me confidence in the product I was making, but also gave me a mountain of material for my marketing! Double win!

I really benefited from the Instagram Content Planning Workshop, it helped me consider how best to plan and implement daily posts up to three months ahead. It had very practical templates to use as we worked through the workshop. It went along at a pace which was easy to follow. There was interaction, and time to ask questions and share collaboratively with others on the workshop. I did the Virtual Workshop which meant logging in to a session where we were all working online and linked though iPad or PC. It worked brilliantly. So don’t let distance put you off from benefiting from Steph’s sessions. If I can do it at at my age anyone can!
