Absolutely fantastic service and support.

Many suppliers talk the talk when it comes to customer service, but not all walk the walk. So when Phil phoned me at the start of the lockdown offering to suspend our payments, it was clear that he is committed to supporting his clients come rain or shine. As it stands, we haven’t needed to take Phil up on his generous offer but I just wanted to share our experience of working with a company that truly values its clients and goes the extra mile to support them.

Sensible Choice have been absolutely brilliant and arranged a new printer in super quick time. From our initial call, to Phil finding us the best and most cost-effective solution to Steve and Phil arriving to fit the new printer and software on our computers, the whole process was quick, friendly and professional. Over 5 years ago, I swapped the IT support and photocopying to Sensible Choice and have had no regrets since I did that. The service they offer is very supportive and the staff are very knowledgeable. Even when I'm phoning with issues on a regular basis! It might sound false, but I would recommend their services to anyone. In the future, I may even swap our telephone system to them based on the support they have provided our charity. A great friendly company to work with, Carer Support South Lakes (a local charity) have been working with Sensible now for over 2 years and during the latest lockdown they have kindly offered members of staff who have been working from home the loan of their printers free of charge which has been a huge help and a lovely gesture. Thankyou Phil and your team, keep up the great work.
