We had a broken laptop screen and the team at Ace Computers were brilliant. They managed to get the old panel out, ordered a new one from their supplier and fitted and tested it, all within a couple of days, from start to finish. They are brilliant and highly recommended.

My husbands computer started blue screening. My husband had built this computer himself from scratch and it holds all our family photos and videos amongst other things that are very important to me . He died in August 22. I was extremely nervous about letting anybody near it, as it was his, but the thought of losing all of our memories made me have sleepless nights. I called Ace computers explaining the situation to Simons wife, who was amazing and totally got me. Simon came to see me that night and was really reassuring explained everything, all possible issues and all the possible downsides. The first he was going to do, was back up everything onto an external hard drive and then run some tests, he was confident that he could fix it. He returned a couple of weeks of later (there was a lot of stuff to back up) and it’s working beautifully and he explained clearly all the things he did to it and what were the possible causes of the blue screen. I also now have a physical back up of all our memories. Simon sat with me for about an hour and went through lots of stuff with me and again was really kind and reassuring the whole time, making it easy for me to understand. I can’t thank Ace computers enough they were caring, thorough and delivered exactly what I needed and asked for, without charging me ridiculous rates. The content of the computer is priceless and I can sleep easy again. Thanks Simon and team.

even though my chrome book has died everyone was very friendly and i appreciated them trying to fix it. oh and gave my daughter a unicorn light saber thing. would use again and recommend. everything was very straightforward..
