My experience so far with the business has been very poor. Recruitment team don't seem to know what they are doing and haven't once stuck to their word of calling you back when they stat they will. Book in an interview after stating you can't attend training on the days allocated, after being told everything will be fine, I take time off for the interview (which the poor interviewer was late to, having to call her myself to ask is the interview still going ahead) to be told that now you have to attend training. Why waste peoples time. Very poorly run!

I have been at Field Sales Solutions now for just over 2 months. I have been blown away by the level of training and care that’s been provided during my induction process. The management team have provided me a clear route of how I could progress which in turn has left me motivated to work hard and succeed in my new career.

Ben showed a lack of professionalism but not responding to my email after an initial Skype interview when he said he would provide feedback. When I chased him he simply chose to ignore my email. Not a very good recruiter if you ask me
