I can not rate Steve and Will (Innovation Construction) highly enough. From the moment I met Steve I felt comfortable and confident. He listened and advised. "It was an absolute pleasure working with Steve and his team from Innovation Construction on our North Dormitory renovation project. They were great to deal with, on what was (at times!) quite a challenging project on a hillside location.

Hill End had secured grant funding for disabled access improvements (ramps at the front and rear, widened doors and corridor and a brand-new accessible wetroom). It was critical to us to get high-quality work from a specialist contractor, working within a tight budget and scheduled around our busy calendar of school and group visits.

We are delighted with the result, and the many thousands of children and adults who stay in the dormitory each year will benefit hugely from the much-improved facilities!"

Many thanks the the Innovation team for delivering exceptional quality while fitting our replacement bathrooms. The process from start to finish was straight forward and easy to understand. I am 60 years old. I have employed many different builders in various properties over the years. This company are WITHOUT DOUBT the best I ever used.
In fitting A loo and sink into my homes main bedroom, and all of the 'tricky' ancillary extras, like pipe work, drainage to existing manhole covers etc .. They were EXCEPTIONAL in not only the work but also the communication throughout.
I now no longer need to 'find' another builder because I won't be able to improve on these guys!
10/10 SUPERB ! 👏👏👏

Steve and his fantastic team a soon to complete a ground floor rear extension and wet room for us. They have amazing professional experienced and compassionate in dealing with our needs during a very tricky time. Doing a build in winter is tough enough without the additional headache of covid 19 and having a family with 4 autistic boys living on site . The
