I ordered a bike online and paid for delivery to my house asking them to make sure it’s delivered before the end of the week.

The following day I had a message from 4th Dimension regarding delivery. It was a confirmation. They delivered the bike to me on the day they said they would and as promised I received a phone call half an hour before delivery.

The delivery guy was amazing. Cool fella.

He unloaded the bike all by himself.

The way he handled it was as if it was a toy. Not in the negative sense but he made unloading, positioning and rolling into my yard look so easy.

Like he was moving a pushbike, like he had superhuman strength.

I did ask him if he had superhuman strength that us mere mortals haven’t yet unlocked but no.

He’s simply a master of his trade.

The next bike will be transported through them too and I’ll be insisting it’s the same driver.

Thank you.

I found the "Repair Management Team" excellent.
Good communication, proactive, customer focused and went above and beyond in getting my bike repaired and back to me. I felt listened to, and the whole team did what they could to help. A good experience. Thank you.

From the first moment that the accident happened I've been treated fairly. They organised the recovery quickly which was so helpful as I was was in shock. Every time there was contact it was positive and they keep me apprised of what was happening. When the bike was uneconomical to repair they offered a fair market value for the bike.

Honestly would be a 0 star, I'd take stars off of them if I could.
Where to begin, 4 months ago I got hit by a car, non fault claim, to be handled by this brokers "authorized claim and repairer" 4th dimension (4D), which I was not aware of at this time. It went fantastic to start with, pick up and delivery of hire bike which was a load of rubbish. It squeaks, makes horrible noises, the indicators didn't work, it's had issues starting and I think clutch is slipping as it jumps forward on start up, meant to be a like for like for my ninja Zx6R but far from it. The hire bike is only 3 years old but is rusted, corroded and in poor condition, dred to think how my bike is stored with them. I had to take a day off work for RAC to come out and fix the indicators. 2 Months went by, heard nothing. Chased them several times, was told the same rubbish, waiting on the third party. I wrote a complaint in and then magically a day or two later they had the funds to repair my bike.
But this was just the start.
Another 2 months go by, chasing here and there again being told so much nonsense, they had all the parts in to repair, I get a phone call. They can't repair the oil sump, due to the cost already being submitted so can't resubmit claim cost, and have left it to me to repair(£300) Stating they are happy to give my bike back with an oil leak. By this point I am just fed up and just wanted my bike back.
I looked online at reviews and called a few qualified repairers and dealers I trust to book in and pay for my oil leak, and they all stated that they trust 4D as far as they could throw them, and that the condition of bikes they've seen come from there is dangerous and not rideable.
As I still just wanted my bike back at this point, I got told delivery would be on Monday, it then got pushed to Friday. Friday came, didn't hear anything. They just didn't put my bike on the van, and I had to call them to find this out. Rescheduled for Saturday, now the driver hasn't turned up again, I get a phone call stating the driver has crashed, with my bike in the back along with four other bikes. Now my bike has had two accidents both not my fault.

I have a Kawasaki Ninja and it is a supersport bike used for racing at 150+. How can I now trust that this bike will be safe to use... I can't

Don't let these "people" anywhere near your bike. Do your due diligence before your insurance company puts you onto them. Devitt passed me on and it was fine when the bike was being repaired. Good communication, updates and always contacted for my opinion on matters...it all came crashing down after they delivered my bike with a fault on it.

Felt something wasn't right, asked my local dealership who confirmed there was a fault with the master cylinder or MCS system. The damage to my bike was down the right hand side (front brake lever was replaced as it was badly damaged). As soon as I had the slide on the bike and drove it home you could feel the crazy free play in the brake lever.

Contacted 4th Dimension on the phone and they were very co-operative telling me there was a warranty team so I sent a video over of the still free play in the front brake lever. This was the last I ever had verbal contact with them and the tone changed. I was emailed saying the supposed "workshop manager" had viewed my video and assured me that was just how the brake lever should be because of the MCS system.

Then had to chase my dealership for them to send a report to 4th D and it would not be taken further until I did so, which was a nightmare in itself. They then contacted my dealership to say the bike had been in a smash and my dealership told them there was a part missing from the master cylinder. Their response to this was that the master cylinder is a sealed unit so therefore if a part is missing it must be warranty. Without stripping it no one knows if it's missing or broken inside but the bike wasn't like that before the accident.

Then a letter was received with their final stance saying the repairer of my bike has confirmed an issue with the master cylinder which is obviously absolute waffle, there was no mention of an issue with the bike when they delivered it and the workshop manager also tried to tell me that was how my bike works.

After the issue arose I requested a phone call but no verbal contact was ever made, it's easier to lie through email and not trip over them during a recorded phone call. They send a final response letter with a link to the financial ombudsman probably hoping that the lengthy process puts you off. Their hopes now I'm guessing, is that the cost of a lawyer outweighs me repairing the bike myself and that the process of going through the ombudsman will put me off pursuing this further. We'll see

First time ever making a claim due to my bike being stolen. I’d heard some horror stories from people but this was the complete opposite.

It was super simple and easy. Asked a few questions about if it had been modded, damage etc and asked what I think my bike was worth. They came back and offered more money than I thought it was worth. Was in my bank the very next day of accepting. Nice people, very easy and quick

Don't know where to start. But this is the most honest review I can leave! My bike insurance company Bennet passed me on to these guys. Honestly after reading reviews I was sooooo worried. Bad reviews left and right. Any good review I thought came by the company themselves. BUT I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!! The whole process would of taken a week maxxx. But I had a tiny issue on my side. They were super helpful! Picked up the phone immediately!! My case handler super helpful! What more do you want. I was doubting I'm speaking to the same company people threw trash on. Honestly if you have everything straight forward, all documents they need provided. You will get the same result as me. My bike was sadly vandalised. The driver from 4th dimension team picked it up. Got my bike checked over and got the result the next day or so. They were super helpful. The engineer or the manger of the garage I cannot remember his name was the most helpful, understanding and caring guy! He gave me multiple options with my bike. Was willing to do whatever it takes to providing excellent service!. Bike was a write off and I was paid fairly. Paid straight to my bank in a few days. HONESTLY, take the bad feedbacks with a grain of salt. Be honest with them, provide the correct documents and it will be fast and pleasant! I recommend 4th Dimension to everyone.
Thanks 4th Dimension.

Abbas

The call handler was courteous and listened well. Let's see how well your team communicate with police to recover all costs expenes and competition from the third party as this is where the real works done and the company demonstrates its true value .
