What an amazing project manager Leo is! His no-nonsense, practical and helpful approach to his job ensured that our recent renovations went really smoothly. No problem was ever too big or too small for Leo to deal with and we were confident he was truly interested in our project being always just a phone call away. His knowledge of good contractors suitable for the jobs required was second to none.
Most importantly he kept the complex refurbishment on track in terms of both time and budget and we are truly delighted with the end result. I addition to all of this Leo is a lovely man and very easy to work with. Thank you so much !

Leo met us on a remote “discovery” call and through a brief explanation of our aims and some well thought through questions was quickly able to identify our initial options, potential layouts and estimated costs. We never felt under any pressure from the first fact finding call from Kay through to us speaking with Leo. We explained we felt we would need to (re)think our options and ideals for extending due to our budget. However, it was clear from the conversation of Leo’s expertise and the benefits Buildsmith can offer to help a project run smoothly. Highly recommend!

Leo came round to look at our plan/idea for a rear extension. He explained the process in plain language and gave us some alternative ideas to achieve what we need in a completely different way, one of each would save us £000's.

Leo visited our property this week regarding a building project we were thinking of undertaking , he broke the project down into small sections to allow us to realise exactly what we wanted . He was thorough and very knowledgeable but the best thing for us was he was not remotely pushy. He gave us great advice but at no time did you feel that the visit was just a sales pitch. Very refreshing service , would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family . Gill
