In March of 2024 I had an initial conversation with Jamie Moodie, CEO of SSG Partnerships.

From the initial call to my making the decision to set up in partnership with SSG, no question was too big or small, Jamie was available whenever I wanted to talk. I was under no pressure to accept their offer of partnering. I was given time to consider the offer and also was given the opportunity to revisit it later if it wasn't right for me that the time. For me it was 100% the right decision, it was something I had always wanted to achieve, but was scared! I was still scared, but the difference was, I could now run my own business and have all of the back office teams there to help me if I needed. In the run up to opening the office, we spent many days on teams calls, with payroll, creative, IT, accounts teams and more, with the excellent guidance of Krissy King, keeping us all inline, checking the timescales. Answer even more questions from me at ridiculous times of the night! It was made such a simple process.

Buttons Recruitment Ltd, on the face of it have 4 internal staff members, but in truth we have a huge team of staff, our back office Payroll - ( they are amazing! ) , Accounts Payable, Accounts, Accountant, Company Secretary, Chairman of the board. They are all part of the team, and integrate so well with us. Everyone is more than willing to assist you and answer even the smallest of problems.
They help with your branding, website, payroll, IT solutions, suggest CRM providers, Factoring providers and much more.

People often say to me..... " if you have a partnership / investor" it means they call the shots and you don't own the company?... This couldn't be further from the truth. Buttons belongs to me, I run it my way, it's my business plan, its my vision! Our investors have a share in my business, but they have never interfered, they will offer guidance if I ask, they only ever want to help!
I can't name everyone in this review, but Aaron Keep, Jo Butters, Ani, Lawrence, Payroll, Accounts, have all been amazing! Thank you so much.
I would recommend SSG Partnerships to anyone who has a proven track record, has a clear vision and passion and wants to run their own business, it is a simple process and you won't regret it!
