Highly recommend this company. We were let down by another IT Support company very last minute, we contacted Apollo IT and thankfully they were able to setup our computers, migrate data and offer a support contract all at a very reasonable price. The team there are such a joy to deal with - they are very polite, professional with a can do attitude… no problem too big or too small.
I would recommend Apollo IT in a heartbeat.

Exceptional service.
I dropped off a Mac computer that had not been working for quite a while. Paul could not have been more welcoming or helpful and told me he would get back to me when he sorted it. I live in Dartmouth and before I arrived home from dropping off said computer, Paul phoned me to tell me had fixed it! Brilliant service and could not be happier! If only I had known how good they were I would have employed their services months ago!

I am amazed at how fast and how professional the people at Apollo IT are. My computer has broken down twice in the last two weeks(ish!), each being two different problems. Both were resolved before Christmas.

My existing computer was due to be recycled as it was continually crashing so I needed to get a new computer. I have dealt with Apollo in the past and found them most helpful and this time was no exception.

Ben assemble a computer to my specification having ascertained what I would be using the computer for. email-surfing the web-photography-converting old 8mm film and VHS tapes to video etc.Within a couple of days or so I was walking out with my new computer switched on and guess what it was not working! A quick phone call to Ben who diagnosed the problem immediately I needed a different lead to connect my existing monitor to the computer. Typical of their service he said pop round and I can give you the correct lead and naturally on switching it on it worked straight away. Impossible to get the level of service and dedication to customer service provided by Apollo on the internet.
I recommend any one looking to buy a new computer to consider a local firm who offer very competitive prices you will not be dissapointed.
