We recently opened a cafe in Rotherham and the till was just not up to standard. So we upgraded our system or should I say replaced it with an EPOS System from Merlinsoft which is easy to use and very user friendly. A very happy customer.

I am a Retail Manager for a Heritage Railway and we use Merlin to issue tickets and to use the EPOS system to sell everything in the two shops. The EPOS system is easy to use and very little training is necessary which is a blessing. The Back Office is used by me and I use many of the functions to run the shops stock. Once you get the hang of it it is simple to use. I was given ten minutes training on the Back office and needless to say this is not enough but with the Merlin Support team available at the end of the phone all problems solved. The support team are very approachable and take over your PC and do any work that is necessary to get any problems solved.
