A fantastic facility with brilliant and very knowledgeable coaches. We had a private women-only taster session, we learnt so much and it inspired a couple of the ladies to continue on in the sport. The venue is easy to find, modern and exceptionally clean.

Great combination between welcoming, instructive and challenging.
The classes are a managed so the kids are safe, the standards are high to push them on and the encouragement is great. Where required though they will be challenged so they know the boundaries.

Amazing all round! my 2 sons attend 3-4 times a week they have learnt so much.
They have a great system which enables the kids to learn, get fit have fun, and compete. I travel further many times a week to come to this gym over others.

Fab kids classes with great instruction, a good mix of boys and girls of all ages. My 9 year old has attended for a year and finds it a really fun outlet for energy.
The confidence and the awareness of the importance of team work and effort that the kids gain from BJJ at Innovation is brilliant.
