Carl has been brilliant, after working in retail for over 40 years I know what fantastic customer service is and I have just received it.
He collected the laptop from my home , found the problems which I had caused , fully explained to me what was needed to be done, give me an excellent price, carried out the work and returned it to my home within 24 hours.
I will happily recommend Carl to everybody I know.

Carl was absolutely brilliant. I had an external hard drive and the drive on my laptop die within days of each other (he was dealing with my external drive when my laptop gave up). Carl picked up my stuff the same day I called. He kept me updated on progress, the outcome was much better than I expected (he repaired my laptop with a much better drive when I feared I'd have to buy a new one) and his invoices were very reasonable. I've no hesitation in giving Carl my unreserved recommendation.

I contacted CBT about recovering data from my western digital it was 10 years old and unable to access it.Carl got it up and running again in no time and put my data on a USB external drive. Carl is very polite, I would recommend him and use him again need be. Thanks Carl.

Carl is the nicest and most helpful man you could wish to meet!Had an issue with my laptop charger and Carl came to my house (free of charge) to collect my laptop and charger....sorted the problem....provided me with the new part....delivered back to my house for free....and when I received the invoice he only ever charged me for the new part and no charge for his time or work! Carl stayed at my house to ensure my laptop was working again and informed me that he had put a complimentary help system on my laptop and updated it. I will be keeping Carl's number handy as I would not trust anyone else to work to the same high standard that Carl has!
