T Cards Online has been a Godsend for our company. We use it for dispatching drivers from multiple locations and to track 130+ trailers that move daily from location to location. The absolute best part is that this system is REAL TIME! As soon as a trailer returns to our yard, the yard spotter (on the iPad in his truck) is able to move trailer T Cards directly into whichever docks trailers go into. Additionally, every T Card keeps a history. When trailers go out of service, notes are placed in the T Card with the issue, when it was dropped off for service, etc. The history can be downloaded at any time. We use the history to monitor service and identify patterns (like - the same wheel seal being replaced multiple times might point to something else possibly causing the issue). Overall, we don't know how we managed before T Cards Online came to us. It's an absolute great fit for us and we love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have been using the T Cards Online software for around 4 years now, and it has massively helped our productivity and tracking vehicles through our workshop and many sub contractors that we use. Never had any issues with the system and the staff are always friendly and happy to help with any questions!
