Both my tutors Naomi and Lauren have been really helpful with everything I asked them for help on. Nothing was a problem, and they went out of their way to help me when I needed extra help on anything. They went out of their way to get back to me as quickly as they were able too, some of those times were late at late, early in the morning and even at weekends, out of my work times. Thank you very much for your help, time and patience, and also many thanks to all the other members of Parenta I have come into contact with, during my course, for helping me.

I started my Level 3 Childcare course with Parenta feeling quite overwhelmed. The workload felt daunting at first, and I struggled with using OneFile and filling in the timesheet etc. It all just felt like a lot to take in.

But from the beginning, Laura Barlow has been absolutely amazing. She’s been incredibly helpful and patient, even when I must have asked the same questions 20 times! and kept making the same mistakes with my OTJ logs, and timesheets. She’s always been just an email away, and I’ve even contacted her late in the evening—yet she was still available to support me.

Laura is so friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, which really made me feel comfortable asking for help whenever I needed it. Her guidance has made such a huge difference. I honestly don’t think I would have come this far, this quickly, without her help.

Her recent setting observation was fantastic—everyone at my workplace commented on how professional, warm, and down-to-earth she was. She made the whole experience so much more relaxed and positive.

With her continued support, I’m confident I’ll achieve my goal of completing my Level 3 course within a year—and hopefully with a distinction!

I have just completed and my review on Parenta not the assessors and tutors .
Naomi Patermoster was my latest and worked really quickly at getting me to my EPA .
I had a number of tutors through no fault of theirs and everyone helped me massively.
Sadly the constant switching off tutors delayed my ability to finish early and qualify .parenta comunication was quite poor .
However I must stress that Naomi and my first tutor Jayne Curtis were so good the others were only for short times.
Parenta as a provider could do with improvements but the tutors are wonderful .
