The service is wonderful as it provides programmes from companies that have helped me learn more (developing soft and hard skills) but also gain work experience. Plus it felt thoroughly engaging and I was able to complete my chosen programmes, because of flexibility in time (I did virtual work experience). I think Springpod is absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful if you want to boost your Linkedin Page as well as your CV. Or if you want work experience that is easily accessible digitally. The opportunities are endless, given the amount of programmes Springpod offers from multiple big name companies, that can interest young people and others alike. For that I'm grateful to have used Springpod's services 🙂

However they don't have a direct option to change your government name to your preferred name on your profile, and consequently your certificates too. I've contacted their support team and they said they can change the name, but they spelt my preferred name wrong. My preferred name is "Roji" but they spelt it so wrong. And when I contacted them again it takes a while for them to respond, but to this day they still haven't changed the names on my certificates. I'm not particularly mad, since I understand getting lots of emails to respond is time consuming. But when I say my name is "Roji", read the email carefully and actually do what it says, respectfully speaking.

I found the whole experience very beneficial. Although it’s not physical work experience where you are actually there, you still get a good insight of the industry you are interested in. They gave me a lot of information about the potential career paths I could take in the future and what I would need to do to get there. The activities they give you are not like college work, they are fun and interactive and very helpful. I would definitely do a virtual work experience again if I get the chance and would recommend to do it if you are thinking about it.

The work experience was amazing!! It was very informative; showed me the various fields of engineering I could go into. A lot of the tasks were easy to understand and interesting. The live seminars with experts gave people to learn from and look up to.

I really really enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity for the virtual work experience! I did psychology in June this year, and as an A level student, it was such a great opportunity as psychology work experience is very rare. The different career paths that it showed was super interesting, especially as i was really confused what to do after sixth form, but seeing the different branches laid out and qualifications needed was really helpful. The live webinars with industry professionals were highlights for me, as lots of questions where answered that reallu helped understand that branch of psychology.

I took part in a Virtual Journalism Work Experience programme with Springpod and found it extremely useful. I loved attending the webinars, as I got to speak to industry professionals and really get insight into the career of journalism. The course overall was really flexible, which I loved, as it allowed me to manage it around college work. Highly recommend for an easy but informative way to boost your CV/ personal statement!

Great opportunities for young people and free! I participated in the virtual work experience and it was fantastic with a great insight into what teaching is like and how to get in to it. I especially enjoyed the opportunities to ask questions and listen to professional advice.

I did a work experience for psychology, and it was well worth it, if you want to learn about some of the different sector in Psychology. It also makes sure you have actually learnt information by giving you little activities that you have to submit.
Overall very good for extra knowledge in Psychology careers.
