I called Steve to help me with my smart TV. I needed help to repair one of the apps. The other time I neede his help when my son had issue with his computer and I wasn’t able to help him. I called, he responded straight away and half an hour later he arrived. He was very kind to my son, listened carefully what the issue was and he was able to help. Also he was able to provide my son one to one lesson to teach him about computer, programs and fixing issues in the future.
