Only gave three stars, as the google maps was not up to date as there is no Rd to mark where the address is, so I was going round in circles to find it. Got there in the end.
I would just like to add that my review was at google maps & NOT At K&B audio.
As I have made an order for some new QED speaker cables the service that I have received was excellent, from Hannah & Craig. Now that I know where they are I will definitely pass on to my fellow vinyl lovers where they are 👍👍

Ordered a Sanus wall mount for a Sonos Arc front this company and the customer service was absolutely excellent. Prompt answering of the phone, a very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful chap dealt with my enquiry and then proceeded to send me a link for my order almost immediately. I was able to order the product very easily at an excellent price (cheaper than Amazon) and the product is arriving a day later. I was so impressed by the service from this company and see others agree. Good luck to them in growing their business. I shall be ordering some garden lighting from them as well, very soon.

Great experience. The showroom was officially shut but they opened just for me. There was plenty of items on display. The guy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The only problem is choosing what to buy
