I have been using a touch screen till which I got from Datasym almost 3 years ago along with their bespoke software. It suits my business perfectly, I can add/update things and manage my till buttons easily. Invoices are easy to create, supplier information is easy to record and there are many reporting options which can help with budgeting, marketing and end of month/year finances. Datasym have always been so friendly and caring, the support team are extremely knowledgeable and they've always gone the extra mile to help. They keep up to date with the latest market trends and are certainly on the ball when changes in circumstance occur such as partnering with companies that offer wireless ordering systems and card payments to allow for the recently introduced social distancing. I would definitely recommend them.

I met Datasym at the British and International Franchise Exhibition and from start to finish of the 5 minutes I spent at their stall, I have never felt so patronised and disrespected, talked to like I was a joke and not a potential customer. And they had the cheek to give me a brochure which I promptly turned away. All other stalls I visited over the two days were great.
