Brilliant! They sorted out my dropped laptop from a seemingly hopeless position. I thought (and had been told by another provider) the mother board was broken, data lost etc. They managed to sort the whole thing out in a matter of minutes. I really can't thank them enough. They really know their stuff and were extremely thorough - exploring every avenue until they found the problem (which was tricky as there were a few things wrong). It would have been really easy for them to just say "sorry, it's not repairable" but they clearly don't like to be defeated! They also recognised that I was in a complete flap about it and in response were really friendly, nice people. I'd recommend them to anyone!
